Burger King in Murr

Im a vegan and have this vegan impossible bruger so delicious. But one time I got it, it was plan then from he other times I got it.

It was ok

Order two whoppers. One with only lettuce, ketchup, and mustard. It came with everything on it and they even checked on the wrapper to put only lettuce, ketchup and mustard.

Love their deals and the food is always good and hot. I like the temperature of the food.

Dont know why they advertise 2 for 5 or dollar menu when it doesn't apply

Staff isn't friendly or customer service oriented, but food is usually really good and put together. However, this time I unwrapped my burger to find it smooshed all over the wrapper and stuck to it. Nothing like getting added fiber from the wrapper when eating. Also, BK has the best chicken nuggets anywhere

Ordered the family bundle when I got home my whopper hamburgers were cold would not recommend this place

I can't vote for all of their food but for a inexpensive Stoner delight. I recommend the 10-piece for a $1.50 I like getting this spicy with sweet and sour it's quite delectable. And at that price you can afford to buy the whole household dinner LOL

I ordered from their website for delivery and never got my shake. Burger was ice cold too,, I might add.. I'm out about 5 bucks now. I call...only to find out the number has been DISCONNECTED!!!! I suggest y'all steer clear of this place. Save you some money on product you won't get.

Food was not warm and bread/buns were hard. Place is hit or miss, sometimes good and sometimes not.

Employees specifically cooks not wearing gloves, masks not on right. This is the world we.live in. This store needs to get with program. Last time I visit this store.

Try another Burger King, they're right off the freeway so they either never have what you want or have an attitude. Considering I always see the same people working there I imagine they need to hire more people.... That aren't in the same family.

Super mad about how they raised the chicken nuggets. They were good for $1. Now they seem more greasy and not as crispy, maybe the provide change. Service is horrible at times. Overall: okay

Drive thru closed at 10:30pm on a Saturday night!?! Waiting for 30 mins at drive thru till an employee mentions that they’re closed.

Terrible service, snotty employee who forgot everything, and my burger smelled like soap, with bad taste. The employee's long fingernails were sticking out through her gloves.

Long time waiting

Long waiting time for my food.

Literally, the worse Burger King food I've ever had. Every single item my boyfriend and I ordered was overcooked and dry. Other than the overcooked food, no issues. The food was just nearly inedible.

Ordered a woper combo with no pickles and cheese. I received a cold burger with 13 cold fries, and a waterd down coke.... I ate it in the parking lot sooo I know it could not have gotten cold or waterd down in less than 1 minute. :(

We ordered a burger “keto style”, which meant no bun and placed in a plastic container. It was over 7 bucks and sloppily prepared, with two slabs of cold cheese haphazardly lying across a decent sized, yet overcooked piece of meat, with some sauce on a corner of it. I know it’s fast food but come on...there was no care in this meal.

Terrible service just want you out there ice machine is always down in the day time but the service at night is the worst. These people don't like there job and you can see how they take your order

Manager Jose even did a tabletouch with us to make sure everything was right.We plan on returning this location always very clean.

Good as far as fastfood is concerned. Fast service and quick delivery of food. The crispy chicken could be a little better.

Cold food

Ugh. What a crummy experience. Both burgers were absolutely cold, when o bit into mine I got one huge clump of onion, lettuce & tomato (while it fell apart), I ordered onion rings but got fries and the paper straws are just disgusting. (Not your fault but I couldn't even enjoy my drink. The drive thru attendant seemed to want to be anywhere but there and acted bothered when we asked for ketchup. (Whole we waited at the window after he'd closed it and stood there watching someone else work) ugh. It was a long day with a long drive ahead of us. We'll certainly never go return to that Burger King. Definite thumbs down.

After waiting inside for over 10 minutes. They got my order wrong.

My "charbroiled" burger didn't taste that way. Made sloppy and the cheese wasn't even melted (lukewarm patty). The fries were very bland. $10 for a burger med fries and med drink. On the good side, The restaurant was clean and the servers were very friendly; it was not very busy so the line went pretty quickly. Sorry BK, wish I could give a better report on this visit.
